Online SBML Validator 03 Jun '06 02:58 Go to next message

Dear Ben

I would like to know if it's possible to get the code for validate.php
on sbml.org and whether I can use it in another website....

Building a web server that takes SBML input at one point -- so need
some robust validation code to go with that.

Would be glad if you can help...

Thanks

Regards
Karthik

Hi Karthik,

Yes. I need to put a copyright / license header on each file and
check it into CVS. Once that's done I'll let you know.

Did you know it's possible to call the validator remotely? See:

http://www.sbml.org/validator/api/

Thanks.

Ben
