We'll have one in 6 months or so, but I guess that doesn't help you now. I believe you can run Gepasi using Wine and maybe you can even run Jarnac on Wine (though I've not tried it). It depends on what sort of capabilities you need. No sure what state Copasi is in but it's portable.
Do you want just basic simulation capabilities or what facilitirs do you actually need?
You can use the Linux version of SBW. We're about to release a bunch of new SBML translators, one of which is a C translator. The translators are compilable on Linux so you could use that, but I guess you're after a click and simulate solution?
