Hi,

I used Matlab and Copasi to generate two sbml files for the same model.I
utilized libSbml online tool to visulize these two sbml files. But, the
problem is how to identify that these two sbml files are equivalent. I
mean how can I know they describe the same model? Does libSbml have such
function? Thank your very much. I am looking forward to hearing from you
