how to write SBML using data from EXCEL 29 Mar '06 15:04 Go to previous message

hi,

My original metabolic network database has been collated in Excel. But now I
find that I'm stuck with a long list of reactions. I would like to re-write
the reaction networks into SBML format. What application or method would you
be able to recommend in order for me to perform this task.
