Converting SBML to RDF/OWL 12 Dec '07 08:29 Go to previous message

Dear friends,

Does anybody have experience in translating SBML lossless to RDF/OWL and back?

What I am thinking of is an RDF schema that allows to express anything that can be expressed in SBML, and some specifications how to translate back and forth (maybe something like XSLT). Has anybody ever looked into this?
