Use other functions

I'm curious about that after making a model with using SBML I import that model in Matlab, then I want to call other function(.m file) what I made it. Is it possible?
For example, I describe some model and I want to simulate with changing parameters and I want to find some optimal parameter after using "Simulated annealing algorithm".
