Thanks Mike,
as I said, this has been laying around on my harddisk for a while and I
thought that it wouldn't do any good it I kept it there forever.
I hope that the individual parts might be helpful to some people and I
will try to improve on the ones that are not finished.
Next things on my todo list when I have time again would be to update
the XML Schema, port the patch to libsbml 4, add better documentation
and implement the language bindings (at least C, Java and python).
We are also planning on adding the possibility to create new layouts to
the layout renderer application, but I think that is as far as this
application will go. Hopefully the functionality of this little
application will sooner or later appear in COPASI.
