How to enable libsbml matlab binding in 64 bit windows? 16 Feb '10 03:29

Dear all,

I have a problem to install libsbml matlab binding in my Windows 7 64 bit PC, in which Matlab 2009b is installed. I tried the libSBML-4.0.1-win-xerces-vc80.exe, it doesn't work in 64 bit Windows. I also tried to build libsbml-4.0.1-src.zip in cygwin, it works for C, but matlab binding failed by complaining that mex cannot be recognized. The mex compiler in my matlab is "Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Express". lcc is no longer provided in the 64 bit version of Matlab 2009b. Does anybody have a solution to enable libsbml matlab binding in Matlab 2009b on 64 bit Windows PC? Thank you in advance.
