L3 models in SBML Test-suite 18 Feb '10 04:40 Go to previous message

Dear enthusiastic SBML-ers

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the latest zip
file of test-suite models does include L3V1 variants. Whilst cases have
not yet been extended to include the new 'conversionFactor' introduced
in L3, the L3V1 models provided would enable existing software
implementing support for L3 to do some preliminary testing.

We hope to expand support for specific L3 constructs in the near future.

The latest zip is available for download from

http://sourceforge.net/projects/sbml/files/test-suite/2.0.0%20alpha/sbml-test-cases-2010-02-06.zip/download

Please report any issues to the sbml-team mailing list or via the
test-suite tracker at

http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=71971&atid=968804

Thanks

Sarah & Mike
