Hi,

I have added back some methods removed from the JSBML class, might have
been made by mistake, they were
deleted with a bunch of other methods (cf
http://jsbml.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/jsbml/trunk/src/org/sbml/jsbml/JSBML.java?r1=439&r2=440).

They were there for convenience and for compatibility with libsbml :

readSBML*
writeSBML*

and the ones manipulating math formula.
