Mapping MIRIAM annotations for reactions 08 Apr '11 07:10

Hi,

In a SBML file, it is possible to use MIRIAM uris to retrieve the type
of a specie like protein, dna, rna... To reach this result I use a
constraint file which maps MIRIAM uris with a BioPAX class and SBGN class.
However, is it possible to classify the reactions using these annotations?

Best
Gael
