Thank you for letting us know about duplicated id's, that will be rectified
in the next version.
As for the schema issue, you know that the normative spec allows output
elements in all orders. And that the SED-ML schema has already been
corrected in to reflect this. So this will be a good test for SED-ML tools
to see whether they implement the spec correctly :)
