SBML toolbox on Mac - Installation 10 Jun '11 08:46 Go to previous message

Hi! I am having problems getting SBML Toolbox installed on my mac. libSBML
is installed and working fine. However, when I go to install the toolbox
within matlab as the manual states, I get this output:

>> buildOutput('/usr/local/include/','/usr/local/lib/')
ld: in /Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.6.sdk/usr/local/lib/, can't map file,
errno=22 for architecture x86_64
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

mex: link of ' "OutputSBML.mexmaci64"' failed.

??? Error using ==> mex at 208
Unable to complete successfully.

Error in ==> buildOutput at 45
feval(fhandle, 'OutputSBML.c', include_dir, library_dir);

Anyone have any idea what the problem is? I've had no luck in searching for
an answer.

Thanks for your help!
