Sorry for all the trouble you are having.

It looks like you have an old version of libsbml matlab bindings
somewhere on your system.

Could you try 'which OutputSBML' /TranslateSBML and remove these from
the matlab path ? Your original message does look like the matlab
bindings did not build but since you already installed libsbml on your
system the best way to rebuild them is to use the buildSBML script.

So in matlab

cd to libsbml/src/bindings/matlab

run buildSBML

and then

installSBML.

You could then try cd test; testBinding again.

Hopefully this time everything goes to plan.
