SBML to dot conversion 13 Jun '12 10:59

Hey SBML team

I recently downloaded PYGL metabolic pathway in SBML format from reactome database. I wanted to incorporate the pathway into my existing model, which is written in the DOT language. DOT language is provided by GraphViz which makes network reconstruction much simpler. Therefore, to incorporate the SBML pathway in DOT language, I had to convert the SBML format to DOT format. I have been unsuccessful in converting it by using XSLTPROC command in Linux. Does anyone have any ideas of how to effect this conversion?

I tried converting the SBML file using some of the style sheets from SBML.org, viz. sbml_dot.xsl through the command XSLTPROC. It is not working. Could you tell me the best way to do it? Or which is the best stylesheet to use. I attach my xml file to this forum so that you guys can try the conversion yourself and tell me if you are successful. Any help in this regard is appreciated.
