DOT language is provided by GraphViz which makes network reconstruction much simpler. Therefore, to incorporate the SBML pathway in DOT language, I had to convert the SBML format to DOT format. I have been unsuccessful in converting it by using XSLTPROC command in Linux. Does anyone have any ideas of how to effect this conversion?

Or which is the best stylesheet to use. I attach my xml file to this forum so that you guys can try the conversion yourself and tell me if you are successful. Any help in this regard is appreciated.

One possibility is to use the converter from SBFC, see
