Revised experimental files for libSBML-5.6.0

Please note that the libSBML-5.6.0 release has updated the experimental
files; both source and binary; that are available with this release.

There files are available from

* Bug fixes

- The flattening procedure was failing to correctly update references to
localParameters within a kineticLaw when the localParameter was either
deleted or replaced. This has been fixed.
