scale vs multiplier in unit checks 09 Jul '09 06:26 Go to previous message

Hello all, hello Sarah,

I think I have a case here where libsbml34 complains about units, but
I think they are correct. The problem is, as far as I can see, that
basically I have nano moles in the model, and in one case they are
expressed with a multiplier 1e-9 and in another case with scale -9.
Should those be considered equivalent?

(I will certainly try to avoid writing such models, but I think they
should be considered valid)

I have a rather small model that demonstrates the problem. Should I
post it?

Sven
