Hi Bob

I'm slightly confused since there is an expat windows version of 3.4.1
on the sourceforge download page.

The most recent releases have tried to limit the number of windows
installers we build - since they take some time. So I know 4.0.1 does
not have an expat version. I can build one if you need it :-)
