Just to clarify.
A has units xxx and B has units yyy and somewhere in your model you use
an assignment A = B.
If you use libSBML to check the consistency of this model then, at
present, the checkConsistency function within libSBML returns an ERROR.
It does not stop you reading in the model, or using any other libSBML
functionality on your model.
It returns an ERROR because the spec says MUST. If we change the spec to
say SHOULD then running checkConsistency on the above situation will
return a WARNING.
