Draft Level 3 Core specification available

The SBML Editors are pleased to release a draft
specification of SBML Level 3 Version 1 Core. This draft is
complete except for validation rules and XML Schemas. The
PDF is available for downloading from SourceForge; a link to
the file is also available near the top of this page:
http://sbml.org/Community/Wiki
We very much welcome feedback, comments and discussion. The
draft specification will be a major topic of discussion at
the upcoming SBML Forum meeting in September in Stanford,
but let's get the discussions started now!
