No, unfortunately, they are more along the lines of
illustrative examples than complete coverage cases.

I agree having a complete set is very desirable. The goal
will be to produce models for the SBML Test Suite that cover
the L3 Core featurse. Unfortunately, as usual, we (SBML
Team) have limited resources, so it will take some time to
do.
