Hello everybody,
The online SBML Test Suite is operational again. The changes
are widespread on the back end (it's essentially completely
rewritten), but the front-end appearance is very similar.
One area that will be noticeable is the display of the details
of test results, especially for failed cases.
We've also updated the documentation at
http://sbml.org/Software/SBML_Test_Suite/Case_Descriptions
http://sbml.org/Software/SBML_Test_Suite/Instructions_for_running_the_tests
This new system should hopefully be more robust and correct,
but some bugs may still be lurking. Please report problems
so that we can correct them. You can mail sbml-team@caltech.edu
directly if you wish, or post them here, or use the SourceForge
tracking system.
In the short term, we'll be working on adding graphical plots
of differences and also a way to download the results. Separately,
work is underway on updating the standalone software.
