Yes, indeed.
However, the OBO format is fairly limited, hence the MathML in the
definition...
Except having a bad hack which detect the MathML in the def and extract
it, I don't think we/you can achieve that in a standard way using OBO.
You might want to use the XML export for that. But the drawback is you
would need to develop a parser specific for it, as the format is not
standardised.
If I can do anything to help you from the SBO side, please let me know.
