The title is "Needed Linux 64bit install", inside I am asking which
version of libsbml, Copasi and SOSlib to use.

I assume you refer to the getLibSBMLVersion() ?
As I explained in a previous mail, it will only returned the version of
libsbml that is installed on my machine. It will not tell me which
version of libsbml is needed for CellDesigner and so which libsbml java
bindings API CellDesigner is developed against (in my case CellDesigner
4.1).
