While I'm not shure if what Howard suggests should be correct sbml (if I
understand Nicolas correctly he thinks it is not) I think at this point we
should not encourage to specify kinetics _only_ with some vocabulary that is
basically not yet existing. Allowing sbml with kinetics _only_ given as sbo
terms would _require_ software to be aware of sbo to be sbml compliant. We
may want to think about that in a few years when we have evaluated an
existing sbo vocabulary.
