This topic clearly needs more discussion before the vote can
be settled. Extending it would go against the (attempted)
schedule we tried to follow, but on the other hand, it seems
best to postpone yet again.

So here is the new plan: (1) we maintain the *other* votes
#5 & #6 as scheduled, but (2) we push back this one (#4)
until Jan. 3. That ought to give people enough time to
evaluate the issues surrounding sboTerm. The dates are
therefore:

#5 (id's on SimpleSpeciesReference): Dec. 23 midnight
#6 (reaction id's & assignment rules): Dec. 26 midnight
#4 (sboTerm): Jan. 3 midnight

I do want to apologize for not moderating this thread more
agressively. It's only because of travel and time
constraints. Also, I feel it's encumbent on me to reply to
some questions posed and issues raised, but for the same
reasons, I can't right now. I hope to, soon...
