Hi All,
In the (nearly) 24 hours since its official release the new SBML.org
online validator has successfully processed over 150 SBML documents!
If the validator (libSBML) crashes, it gives the model submitter the
option of leaving their contact information, so that we may notify
them when the cause of the crash has been identified and fixed.
However, sometime in the past few days, I introduced a bug (now
fixed) which prevented this contact information from actually being
saved. :(
I mention this because, this morning, someone submitted a model that
crashed the validator. Unfortunately, the "contact information save"
bug prevents me from knowing whether or not the model submitter
wished to be contacted. If this was you, please email me privately.
I know how to fix the model (and libSBML). If you wish to remain
anonymous, that's okay too.
Thanks and sorry for a message that borders on spam.
