Your timing on this report is very good -- we're just now
editing the final L2V2 spec.
I can understand the frustration in being caught by this.
I'm now playing with alternative font/face attribute
combinations to try to make cleaner separations between the
different kinds of entities being discussed. Hopefully the
next version will be more clear in this respect.
(Quick explanation for 'Things' vs 'things': There is a
distinction we were trying to make between classes of things
and their translation into concrete XML tags, and this is
part of why you're these different uses. Still, more visual
aids would be helpful.)
