We expect SBO to help addressing those issues. At least it will allow to
specify if a reaction is to be understood as modelled following continuous
or discrete approaches. In addition SBO terms on kineticLaw and parameters
will characterize the reversibility granularity and all that.
I know we have asked you to believe in that ghost SBO for a while without
showing anything. Even if it is embryonic, we are working on it (we just
went over 60 terms today).
