Hey everyone, yet another question. With some of the models im trying to convert into SBML, a number of the reactions don't have a species involved.

So this is resulting in both the <listOfProducts> list and the <listOfReactants> list in those reactions being empty which i know is not allowed.

Does this mean those models cannot be represented? Or can i include these variables in the list of products/reactants even though they are not species?

My system does takes in something like this:

Constraint: sub (dt 1 x1) (dt 0 u) (dt 0 fx)

Where x1 is a species, and outputs:

which is fine.
But the reactions which don't have a species, like:

Can anyone shed some light?
