variableToParameter[model, variable]

variableToParameter[filename, variable, optons]

returns an SBML Model (same format as the output of SBMLRead) where the specified variable has been changed to a constant parameter.

In the first form, model is the output of SBMLRead. In the second format, options are any valid options for SBMLRead."
