Model Builder: setAnnotationURL

setAnnotationURL[URL] sets the value of the URL used for the namespace in all subsequent annotations. Subsequent annotation blocks are formatted as

<annotation xmlns:package="url">...</annotation>

setAnnotationURL is equivalent to setAnnotationNamespace.
