FBC_PACKAGE

Functions for using the SBML L3V1 fbc package.

Function are:

fbcEnabled = isBindingFbcEnabled()

Returns

1. fbcEnabled =
   • 1 if the executables are enabled with fbc support
   • 0 otherwise
